Cardio Plus is a clean, spacious and friendly environment where you will be motivated and encouraged to make the lifestyle changes to be healthy and happy! Our cardiovascular equipment is top of the line Life Fitness and our strength equipment is Lady Apex and Life Fitness. Our 'Cardio Theatre Entertainment' system allows you to listen to the tv station instead of reading subtitles.

There are no time restrictions on equipment and we have ample parking. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, we have private showers and are open 7 days a week!
